What makes Meli’s unique?
Meli’s Monster Cookies taste so good you’d never guess they’re gluten-free! While baking monster cookies, a family recipe passed down from generation to generation, it dawned on us that this delicious cookie was naturally gluten-free. Realizing this and knowing how awesome they were, was the catalyst to share Meli’s Monster Cookies with you.
What makes Meli’s
Meli’s Monster Cookies are higher in protein and fiber than your typical cookie on the market. While most cookies first two ingredients are flour and sugar, Meli’s are gluten-free rolled oats and nut butter. We also use high quality ingredients with no artificial preservatives. Therefore, you can feel better about sharing and eating these cookies as a treat.

Are Meli’s available online?

Meli’s Dry Mix baking
What you will need: ½ cup; nut butter indicated on box, 1 egg, 4 T. butter (softened). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together butter, egg, and nut butter. Add in dry mix and stir until all is combined. Make 2-inch cookie mounds and place on cookie sheet. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
What is the best way to keep
If the cookies aren’t all consumed immediately, we like to store our cookies in the freezer. Our fans tell us there is something magical about a Meli’s monster cookie out of the freezer that tastes fantastic and keeps the cookies ultra fresh and chewy. Otherwise, you can store cookies at room temperature for about a week.
Meli’s ready-to-eat cookies instructions:
Thaw and serve! We can’t make it any easier than that! It normally takes 5-10 minutes at room temperature. If you can’t wait, you can microwave a cookie for approximately 20-30 seconds.
Can you re-freeze
Yes, you can. We normally pull out the cookies we want to eat straight from the freezer, then seal the bag and put the rest of them back for storage.

Are Meli’s certified gluten-free?
We use certified gluten-free oats in all of Meli's Monster Cookies. Additionally, we do intentional, routine and scheduled testing of our products for gluten contamination and fall well below the guidelines of the FDA Gluten-Free Labeling Rule.
Do you offer samples of your products?
We offer select samples for events, but we do not currently offer samples for individuals.

How do I get my grocery store to carry Meli’s Monster Cookies?
If your local grocery store doesn’t carry Meli’s Monster Cookies, chances are they can make a special order for you, you just have to ask. Please be aware the store might have you buy an entire case (4-6 units). To get Meli’s on a regular basis can be harder. We are reaching out to stores and asking buyers to carry our products, but it helps to have shoppers requesting products!
